Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor ENOC IT/OT assets 24/7, including on-call coverage and shifts that include weekends.
  • •Follow response procedures and CIC SOPs based on incident impact analysis and predetermined actions.
  • •Acknowledge, analyze, and validate vulnerabilities/incidents from correlated events through SIEM or other security solutions.
  • •Perform log-file analysis for contextual information, conduct initial false-positive/false-negative analysis, and assess priority/severity/classification for triage.
  • •Support SIEM and related security technologies, coordinate internal/external stakeholders for incident handling, and participate in post-incident reviews with remediation recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent) or a Diploma with additional relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of information security or technology experience and 3+ years in relevant experience.
  • •Working experience in cyber security threats monitoring and handling.
  • •Experience using SIEM/other security solutions to acknowledge, analyse, validate, and triage incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • •Professional certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, GCFA, or GNFA (OT security operations center exposure is preferable).
