Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a small number of the company’s most important commercial initiatives end-to-end from question to measurable outcome.
  • •Drive U.S. market strategy and execute across enterprise sales, strategic accounts, partnerships, pricing, product marketing, and customer expansion.
  • •Structure ambiguous problems from first principles and turn hypotheses into evidence-based decisions and execution.
  • •Accelerate growth by identifying and removing bottlenecks across pipeline, sales motion, customer proof, product fit, implementation, and expansion.
  • •Create leverage for the co-founders by translating priorities into clear workstreams, keeping stakeholders aligned, and building lightweight operating cadences and repeatable playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •First-principles problem-solving with the ability to find evidence, recommend direction, and execute to measurable outcomes.
  • •High agency, low ego, and willingness to do whatever the mission requires to drive change and own results.
  • •Ability to move fluently between strategy and execution, from executive decisions and enterprise negotiation to analysis and follow-up.
  • •Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to go deep on technical product, enterprise customers, and complex markets.
  • •Experience in a high-growth startup, strategy consulting, investing, banking, or a similar high-velocity environment (exceptional ownership and problem solving matter most).
