Lead inDrive’s global film initiative end to end, setting strategic direction and driving execution across the Alternativa Film Festival and the Impact Scouting, Creation & Distribution program. Build a scalable system to scout, create, and distribute transformational films and series from the Global South, expand audiences through multi-platform distribution, and develop credibility through distribution partnerships and strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full project lifecycle for a large-scale impact initiative, from strategic design to hands-on execution.
•Build the Scouting, Creation & Distribution operating model, design pipelines, establish distribution partnerships, and execute a distribution strategy at scale.
•Provide strategic and curatorial oversight for the next phase of the Alternativa Film Festival, strengthening global positioning and shaping the geographic roadmap.
•Develop strategic partnerships with platforms, distributors, sales agents, festivals, and foundations to expand reach and credibility.
•Represent the initiative externally as its principal voice and design behavioral change programs using film, media, art, storytelling, and digital platforms.
