Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment by complying with company safety policies and procedures.
  • •Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environments.
  • •Read and interpret project plans and specifications independently to perform concrete work accurately.
  • •Independently form, pour, and finish concrete to grade for a fine finish across concrete work types.
  • •Use and operate relevant equipment (floats, trowels, screeds, templates, motorized tamps, push brooms, straight edges) safely and confidently.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience reading plans and independently forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction and paving materials, methods, and tools.
  • •Ability to independently read plans and perform duties associated with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
  • •Basic mathematical calculation skills and the ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • •Compliance with safety requirements, including OSHA and/or MSHA regulations and use of required PPE.
