Key Responsibilities

•Originate Highway and Drainage designs and drawings with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
•Organise, manage, and deliver work to high professional standards, ensuring quality and timely delivery; participate in design review and progress meetings with clients.
•Mentor and provide technical support to CAD engineers to develop drainage drawings and standard details.
•Lead and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
•Uphold Health & Safety standards and support knowledge-sharing, including input into bids and proposals.
