Job Summary

Provide product costing expertise throughout the apparel product creation cycle to identify cost drivers, maximize product value, and optimize costs to meet seasonal FOBs and margin targets. Develop costing tools and insights for manufacturing teams, create FOB and margin reporting, and communicate cost trends and variance follow-ups with leaders and product line managers. Drive and support costing process improvements in collaboration with Brand, Product, and Global Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide product costing expertise during product creation cycles to advise on key cost drivers and options to maximize product value and optimize costs to meet margin targets.
•Deliver technical costing expertise to support design for manufacturing and facilitate cross-functional conversations around cost value.
•Create FOB and margin reports at milestones, and follow up with leaders, development, and product line managers on variations vs target FOBs/margins.
•Increase organizational understanding of cost processes through communication and training.
•Drive or support projects to enhance costing processes and frameworks, collaborating with Brand, Product, and Global Operations.

Key Requirements

•University degree in clothing technology, manufacturing, engineering, or business, or a technical degree as a clothing technician.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Product Costing.
•Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, and e-mail management).
•Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
•Clear, logical analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to investigate data, find trends, and forecast performance.
