Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily store operations and guide the on-site team to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • •Act as the in-store expert on product knowledge and utilization scenarios; conduct on-the-floor demonstrations and answer customer questions.
  • •Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve skills and customer satisfaction.
  • •Plan and execute visual merchandising and product training for new releases and seasonal campaigns.
  • •Assist with cash handling, checkout procedures, opening/closing, and stock management to ensure smooth store operation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience
  • •1+ year of supervisory or training experience
  • •Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends/holidays
  • •Strong communication and customer service skills; able to listen and advise customers
  • •Visual merchandising, service training, and product training skills; basic English communication preferred
