Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership for OMS enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions for order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
  • •Lead integrations between Sterling OMS and ERP, WMS, POS, eCommerce platforms, and third-party logistics providers.
  • •Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and support Agile ceremonies, release management, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years with IBM Sterling OMS.
  • •Strong expertise in Sterling OMS customization, configuration, APIs, Services, Agents, and workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs, including enterprise integrations and microservices.
  • •Experience integrating OMS with ERP, WMS, POS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), plus strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
