•Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
•Provide technical leadership for OMS enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions for order orchestration, inventory visibility, fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
•Lead integrations between Sterling OMS and ERP, WMS, POS, eCommerce platforms, and third-party logistics providers.
•Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and support Agile ceremonies, release management, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years with IBM Sterling OMS.
•Strong expertise in Sterling OMS customization, configuration, APIs, Services, Agents, and workflows.
•Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs, including enterprise integrations and microservices.
•Experience integrating OMS with ERP, WMS, POS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), plus strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
