Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full sales cycle for new logo acquisition across a defined North American territory from first outreach through signed contract.
  • •Run a disciplined outbound motion (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) in close collaboration with SDRs to build and maintain pipeline.
  • •Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, guiding prospects through discovery, proof of concept, and contract negotiation.
  • •Develop proposals and business cases that connect product capabilities to customer workload challenges and cost drivers.
  • •Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, meet/exceed quotas, partner on field events, and work with Customer Success to support adoption and expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience in North America, with a track record selling to IT, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams.
  • •Consistent quota attainment with evidence such as President's Club, top performer recognition, or clear year-over-year growth.
  • •Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (MEDDPICC is a plus).
  • •Technical credibility: ability to learn the product quickly, ask strong discovery questions, and articulate ROI for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • •Comfort working in Salesforce and using sales engagement and conversation intelligence tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus) with data-quality and forecasting accuracy.
