•Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products.
•Take full stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
•Create optimal designs aligned to architectural best practices, considering scalability, reliability, and performance.
•Use code review feedback to meet standards and conduct code reviews to guide engineering best practices.
•Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices, embedding software reliability engineering into development standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Six to eight years of relevant experience.
•Six plus years of experience with Pega Infinity 8.x (including CPM and Collections) and supporting frameworks.
•Object-oriented programming background (Java or .NET) plus experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and integration with Pega Deployment Mgr.
•Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or PegaCloud) with experience in event-driven architecture (Kafka/streaming integrations) and database connectivity (IBM UDB 10.x+ and PostgreSQL exposure).
