Job Summary

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and scaling of digital products that improve manufacturing asset reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational uptime. Own end-to-end work management and spare parts enablement, translate reliability practices into governed, reusable data products, and embed decision-support into maintenance workflows. Partner with Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Architecture, and Engineering teams to evaluate AI, automation, and integration technologies and deliver predictive, prescriptive, and scalable reliability capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the digital product vision, roadmap, and backlog for maintenance and reliability capabilities, translating reliability strategies into scalable digital use cases.
•Design modular, reusable digital capabilities aligned to enterprise data standards, platform architecture, and interoperability requirements across plants and asset classes.
•Evaluate, recommend, and guide adoption of modern digital/AI/automation technologies, including build vs. buy and vendor solution selection, ensuring scalability and ROI.
•Digitally enable reliability practices (asset criticality, RCM, FMEA, PM optimization, defect elimination) and embed decision-support into maintenance workflows.
•Own reliability-focused data products (asset master, maintenance history, condition monitoring, failure analytics), governance, and MRO/spare parts digital enablement to optimize inventory and reduce downtime.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience in digital, manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability environments.
•3+ years in a Digital Product Manager or Product Owner role.
•Strong knowledge of RCM methodologies, FMEA, and preventive maintenance practices, plus experience applying root cause analysis.
•Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems and exposure to SAP PM (maintenance plans, equipment, and work order processes).
