Key Responsibilities

  • •Define enterprise AI architecture and roadmap, establish reference architectures and governance standards, and lead architecture reviews across AI initiatives.
  • •Design production-ready GenAI solutions using multiple LLM providers and build frameworks for AI adoption across Finance, Operations, Risk, Underwriting, Claims, and Corporate functions.
  • •Continuously evaluate emerging LLMs and releases using comparative assessments (e.g., accuracy, response quality, reasoning capability, hallucinations, security posture, cost per token) and build recommendation frameworks.
  • •Develop advanced prompting and token optimization approaches, including reusable prompt libraries, performance measurement, and ROI tracking to reduce LLM operational costs.
  • •Architect AI agents and multi-agent frameworks, including autonomous workflows with MCP, agent-to-agent communication, tool/function calling, and orchestration; support AI copilots and virtual assistants.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of overall experience with 7+ years in AI/ML solutions and 3+ years in generative AI and LLM-based architectures.
  • •Hands-on expertise in generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, and AI platform architecture.
  • •Ability to define enterprise AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business objectives and lead architecture reviews.
  • •Experience with LLM evaluation and benchmarking, including building scorecards and recommendation frameworks.
  • •Strong leadership skills, including executive advisory and the ability to mentor architects, engineers, and business teams.
