Job Summary

Provide business-facing HR systems support and technical/analytical leadership for People Operations initiatives. Own process improvement and centralized service delivery by defining user requirements, technical specifications, and executing mass data loads in Workday and SAP. Support compensation, master data, and compliance for regulatory reporting needs, ensuring data integrity through QA reviews. Lead or support projects using Tyson methodology while maintaining KPIs/SLAs for shared services across Tyson Foods.

•Create, maintain, and ensure quality and integrity of HR support practices, including transactional activities, compensation plan documents, org master data, and position management data.
•Collaborate with functional end users and use technical resources to design functionality that satisfies customer needs.
•Execute HR systems projects and process optimization work using Tyson methodology, acting as lead analyst/SME/technical resource as needed.
•Develop or research tools and present data in useful formats while driving synergy, simplification, and automation of processes and reporting.
•Support compensation and benefits master data/policies, monitor compliance with regulatory reporting needs, and perform contact monitoring and data integrity QA reviews to meet quality expectations.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication to translate complex topics for business stakeholders.
