Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cross-functional programs and deliver software solutions by coordinating complex releases with engineering and product teams.
  • •Plan requirements, develop timelines, identify and mitigate risks to product deliveries in agile/waterfall environments.
  • •Drive technical tradeoff discussions and process improvements, optimizing program planning and development.
  • •Maintain control of cross-functional dependencies to ensure projects complete on schedule, with quality and within budget.
  • •Track KPIs, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans, and use software quality measurement and defect tracking methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or a master’s degree with 10+ years experience and 5+ years in program management.
  • •Experience leading programs using waterfall/agile approaches.
  • •Drive multiple engineering programs and manage end-to-end execution across programs and solutions.
  • •Experience with ALM tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills.
