The Site Engineer participates in planning and scheduling to achieve project objectives, allocates resources, manages costs, provides technical direction, and enforces quality and IMS standards on site, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in project planning, site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
•Supervise on-site activities, including monitoring progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
•Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
•Maintain accurate documentation of operations, progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings to track milestones and ensure contractual compliance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction/site engineering; 3 years of relevant experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus
•Proficiency with AutoCAD and project management software; surveying instruments
•Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (OSHA) and on-site safety enforcement
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (UPDA/MMUP registration preferred) or professional equivalent
•Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
