Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, inventory, maintain, and upkeep squadron-issued EFB devices and equipment per MAJCOM/WG directives and unit guidance.
  • •Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via email and local standards.
  • •Opt members for checkride testing in MS as they enter the six months prior to checkride expiration.
  • •Review student evaluations and report evaluation trends monthly or per local procedures.
  • •Coordinate with the Stan/Eval officer to review and update student/permanent party records and prepare inputs for Chief Stan/Eval Officer updates to flying publications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor, or civilian).
  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to operate computer-based training and integrated management system tools (TIMS/GTIMS and/or PEX).
  • •Experience using SharePoint websites and communities of practice.
  • •Ability to obtain a Secret clearance as required.
