IDR Consultant 12-month contract (North Sydney, AU)

Join Zurich’s Dispute Resolution team as an Internal Disputes Resolution Consultant on a 12-month contract. You’ll manage IDR cases across General Insurance claims disputes by reviewing complaints impartially, preparing clear written responses, and partnering with management and senior stakeholders to resolve customer disputes. You’ll also collaborate with loss adjusters and repairers, while spotting process improvements and supporting continuous improvement.
