Key Responsibilities

•Grow and evolve the app as the 5th engineer with high autonomy from ideation to launch decisions.
•Drive end-to-end product development and contribute to high-performing engineering norms and tooling.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, creative designers, character animators, and the founders.
•Be a thought partner in building a product, company, and culture Finch is proud of.
•Help define and implement engineering practices that enable scalable, reliable products.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience building consumer products for mobile or full-stack environments.
•Product-centric mindset with ability to identify tradeoffs for user experience.
•Ability to quickly derisk new ideas with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience designing clean and maintainable APIs.
•Run many A/B experiments and make data-informed decisions balancing qualitative feedback.
