Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain clean, highly scalable, cost-efficient backend code.
•Evaluate and introduce cutting-edge technologies into the backend stack.
•Integrate AI-driven tools to accelerate coding, automate testing, and streamline code reviews.
•Analyze system data and performance metrics to improve efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
•Collaborate with global research teams to define features and advise on technical solutions and integration.

Key Requirements

•6+ years experience as a Backend and Data Engineer in a production environment (Python is an advantage).
•Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
•Experience with Redis and ElasticSearch.
•Experience building backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Celery (or similar).
•Experience with cloud web services (AWS or OCI is an advantage) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
