Lead the strategy, optimization, and evolution of the global People technology ecosystem, including HR technology, people data, workforce analytics, and automation initiatives. Own Workday HCM and serve as a cross-functional business partner to IT, Finance, Security, Legal, and HR teams to modernize workflows, improve decision-making with executive dashboards and KPIs, and drive enterprise transformation across the employee lifecycle.

•Own the long-term roadmap for HR technology, automation, integrations, and digital transformation.
•Serve as business owner for Workday HCM and the broader People technology ecosystem, partnering with IT on architecture and governance.
•Build People Analytics capabilities, including executive dashboards and workforce KPIs across recruiting, retention, engagement, and talent development.
•Redesign global People processes with technology-first thinking, driving simplification, automation, standardization, and scalability.
•Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives and develop change management strategies to ensure adoption of new capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 207,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years leading HR Technology, People Systems, People Analytics, HRIS, or digital HR transformation.
•Experience leading enterprise HR technology implementations, preferably Workday.
•Demonstrated success driving cross-functional transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide change.
•Strong understanding of global HR operations and end-to-end People processes, including data governance and workforce planning.
•Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
