Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute RFQs, spot buys, and sourcing events for assigned warehouse and ocean container logistics services or sub-segments.
  • •Collect and analyze spend, rate, service, supplier performance, and market data to support sourcing decisions, benchmarking, and business cases.
  • •Prepare bid documentation, comparison models, supplier summaries, and sourcing recommendations.
  • •Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and contract administration aligned to governance processes and relevant requirements (HSE, quality, legal, trade compliance, commercial, and operational).
  • •Track supplier KPIs and performance using dashboards/scorecards; maintain supplier relationships and escalate deviations, supporting implementation of awarded contracts with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years’ relevant procurement experience in logistics, warehousing, ocean container, or freight forwarding.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Experience executing RFQs, supplier comparisons, basic negotiations, contract support, and supplier performance follow-up.
  • •Ability to analyze spend, rates, service performance, and market data to support sourcing recommendations.
  • •Strong English communication skills and confidence working with Excel, supplier dashboards, and procurement documentation; knowledge of SAP or procurement/logistics workflow tools is expected.
