Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide after-hours and on-call support to resolve critical IT and core banking operation issues outside normal business hours.
  • •Respond to and troubleshoot production incidents, system outages, application failures, and urgent service requests.
  • •Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environments; manage user accounts and access requests.
  • •Perform routine server health checks, system monitoring, and patch management; deliver Level 1 & 2 support for end-user devices and peripherals.
  • •Support data center/DR infrastructure and network connectivity (MPLS, WAN, VPN), including router/switch configuration and Cisco voice/unified communications support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in IT operations, banking operations, or infrastructure support.
  • •Knowledge of banking systems including FCUBS, T24, Way4, DCMS, and UAECB applications.
  • •Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, MPLS, and Azure/Intune.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, incident management, vendor coordination, and documentation/reporting skills.
