Assistant Team Manager

Deputise for Team Managers to ensure customer requests are completed within agreed timescales and quality standards. Drive service and process improvements while maintaining strong risk awareness and decision-making. Use operational and visual management tools to oversee performance, organise training, and deliver feedback. Conduct 121s to support team development and increase exposure to line management duties. Coordinate with internal partners (including Risk and Finance) to ensure compliance with policies and requirements.
