Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planners supporting AMD Client programs.
  • •Own supply planning across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons to support revenue objectives, customer commitments, and product ramp milestones.
  • •Align demand, supply, capacity, materials, and execution priorities across Business Units, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and suppliers.
  • •Identify supply risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate key decisions and trade-offs with defined business impacts.
  • •Manage supply planning performance using KPIs and lead cross-functional resolution of shortages, constraints, material readiness issues, and planning execution blockers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 119,560 - 170,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in supply chain, supply planning, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of supply planning, material flow, capacity planning, inventory management, and operational execution.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional problem-solving and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels and geographic regions.
  • •Experience managing competing priorities, risks, and trade-offs in support of customer commitments and business objectives.
  • •Previous people-management or team-lead experience, plus exposure to semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing and product ramping is preferred.
