Key Responsibilities

•Lead/Manage/Support assessment teams to plan, coordinate, and conduct shipboard Organic Repair Capability Assessments and targeted training engagements.
•Guide Sailors and ship leadership to understand equipment condition, improve repair skills, and increase self-sustainment during fleet operations.
•Collaborate with ship crews, maintenance personnel, and fleet readiness stakeholders to gather feedback, evaluate configuration accuracy, and support command priorities.
•Analyze equipment discrepancies to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions, championing improved training, configuration validation, and readiness reporting.
•Use Navy depot-level processes, shipboard maintenance systems, configuration management, and root-cause analysis to identify training gaps, validate records, and support corrective maintenance strategies.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or associates degree, or 7 years of demonstrated experience in a management role.
•15 years of supervisory experience in analysis, IS operations, and implementation (25 desired).
•Strong understanding of Navy maintenance and training processes, including shipboard repair systems, configuration management, and equipment readiness procedures.
•Ability to lead shipboard assessments and training engagements.
•DoD Secret clearance (or higher) and US citizenship required.
