Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on chiller systems (screw, scroll, and centrifugal) for mission-critical data center environments.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues across chiller and HVAC systems.
  • •Conduct chiller start-up, commissioning, performance testing, and system optimization.
  • •Manage site execution for data center cooling projects, including planning, installation oversight, and coordination with contractors and OEM teams.
  • •Maintain service reports and documentation, ensure safety/regulatory compliance, submit RCA and 8D reports, and support customer updates and technical mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong expertise in air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems, ideally in data center environments.
  • •Deep knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and BMS/EMS integration with redundancy concepts.
  • •Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues using diagnostic tools and software.
  • •Experience reviewing and interpreting wiring diagrams, technical drawings, P&IDs, and OEM manuals.
  • •Project management experience or certification is a plus, along with strong communication and safety knowledge.
