Job Summary

Provide high-level, proactive remote technical support to employees across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, troubleshooting issues and meeting internal SLAs. Lead IT improvements and projects from idea to completion, covering hardware upgrades, software rollouts, and security initiatives. Manage IT equipment procurement and inventory across Europe and Ukraine, maintain vendor relationships, and support continuity and security during incidents. Help users become more self-sufficient through clear guidance on tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver prompt, polite remote technical support across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux while meeting internal SLAs.
•Identify IT improvement opportunities and drive IT projects (hardware upgrades, software rollouts, security initiatives) to completion within timelines.
•Oversee procurement, delivery, and accurate stockkeeping of IT equipment across Europe and Ukraine, including supplier relationship management.
•Ensure IT continuity and respond to daily IT needs during standard hours, including availability for crisis/emergency situations when needed.
•Educate and empower employees by explaining IT tools, services, and best practices to reduce recurring issues.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support, preferably in small to mid-sized teams.
•Strong hands-on skills with Windows and macOS; Linux experience is an advantage.
•High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
•Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and push projects to completion within set timelines.
•Experience managing IT procurement, deliveries, stock registries, and supplier relationships.
