Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure effective and aesthetic architectural design that accommodates client requirements, local authorities, and architectural standards and codes.
  • •Develop schematic designs and detailed designs and participate in preparing tender documents for design projects.
  • •Lead discussions with clients to determine design criteria, including budgets and preferences.
  • •Coordinate with concept design teams and multidisciplinary specializations (e.g., Structural, Mechanical, Water & Environment) across design stages.
  • •Review design deliverables with senior project team members and implement design revisions based on reviews, checking reports, and stakeholder feedback to obtain approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • •Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field (preferred).

  • •5+ years of architecture experience in a top-tier regional or multinational engineering consultancy firm.
