Program Manager - Mine Closure

Lead the execution of large, multi-year environmental mine closure and reclamation programs, including the Questa Mine project in northern New Mexico. Serve as the primary client interface while managing program governance, risk, reporting, safety, and performance metrics. Oversee construction management, environmental compliance, and Sustain Capital Maintenance work, driving safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while managing program financials, subcontractors, and regulatory stakeholder coordination.
