Job Summary

Help enterprise engineering teams adopt AI-native software development with a hands-on, post-sale approach. You’ll roll out Cursor across strategic accounts, configure environments, design and evolve workflows, and run enablement sessions that move teams from demos to durable production usage. Serve as a trusted technical partner by leading architecture reviews, advising on governance and SDLC integration, and translating adoption into measurable engineering outcomes while shaping product feedback from lighthouse customers.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations and accelerate adoption through hands-on enablement sessions.
•Configure environments and design workflows so developers integrate Cursor into real production processes.
•Identify workflow friction, solve technical problems with developers and platform teams, and drive fast time-to-value.
•Lead architecture reviews and strategic technical working sessions, advising on governance and AI adoption strategy.
•Translate adoption into measurable engineering impact and provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
•Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
•Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams while also operating strategically with technical leadership.
•Strong understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise engineering environments.
•Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts across technical and executive audiences.
