Job Summary

Lead planning and cost engineering activities for an ADNOC Offshore project, supporting contract and tender cost control. Develop and incorporate cost control and estimation contractual requirements into FEED/PMC/EPC agreements, evaluate technical bids for compliance, and clarify bid inputs. Manage variation and claim cost analysis with counter-estimates, prepare AFE/AFOU for approvals, and coordinate with Project Control Managers to ensure correct cost coding throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop contractual requirements for cost control and estimation, including invoicing of payments and variations, and incorporate them into tender documents and agreements.
•Evaluate technical bids (PMC, FEED, EPC) for compliance and provide clarifications to bidders.
•Prepare the relevant portion of the Technical Evaluation Report and finalize contract document sections after bulletins and clarifications.
•Analyze variation requests/claims, prepare counter-estimates using contractual unit rates, and recommend approvals.
•Prepare AFE/AFOU for ongoing projects and coordinate with Project Control Managers to ensure adherence and correct cost account coding.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering in a related discipline
•Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including 5 years in a similar role
•ADNOC projects experience is mandatory

•Experience in cost control, estimation, invoicing, and variation/cost claims in FEED/PMC/EPC contexts
