Key Responsibilities

  • •Service inbound phone calls to help customers file disputes or check the status of previously filed disputes.
  • •Accurately file dispute claims and capture customer account and transaction information for case decisioning.
  • •Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and dispute filings using bank systems.
  • •Conduct initial risk assessment and ensure compliance with UCC, Regulation E, and Regulation Z.
  • •De-escalate dissatisfied customers and escalate exceptions, trends, and process/procedure concerns to appropriate leadership.
