Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate identity and account services (authentication, authorization, and user/team directory) used by other engineering teams.
  • •Build scalable, highly available, distributed, and performant platform services across multiple teams.
  • •Own and evolve cross-product capabilities, including automations, analytics systems, and ticketing integration.
  • •Evolve onboarding for connecting cloud provider accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) with Product, Frontend, Design, and QE.
  • •Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent issues.

Salary: EUR 54,000 - 68,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional working experience as a Software Engineer shipping distributed, highly available services.
  • •Strong proficiency in Go or Java.
  • •Hands-on experience with Postgres (or another relational database) and a messaging system such as NATS.
  • •Experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude) and a proactive approach to learning to improve workflows.
  • •Ability to deliver large SaaS projects end-to-end in a distributed, remote-first team.
