Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor for the Private Client Program, owning the full client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document data, and provide customized recommendations delivered through investment and insurance solutions. Build referral pipelines through centers of influence and prospecting, partner with branch teams, maintain product knowledge, and ensure compliance while supporting branch operations on the teller line as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial wellness recommendations by listening for client needs and delivering appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting and internal/external centers of influence.
•Open personal and business accounts and support development of new and existing client relationships.
•Develop in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, including competitive offerings, to lead meaningful financial conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including teller-line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) plus digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
•FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire (required).
