Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key client contact and trade surveillance subject matter expert for surveillance and monitoring programmes with product owners and technology teams.
  • •Drive strategic projects and continuous improvement across global compliance monitoring frameworks, controls, and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in trade surveillance or a front-office-facing role, including experience leading or managing teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of trade surveillance systems, processes, and controls, including monitoring effectiveness and calibrating applications such as NASDAQ SMARTS.
  • •Experience managing surveillance change processes and delivering business/functional requirements aligned with governance frameworks.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with client, business, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, plus strong time management and analytical skills.
