  • •Manage vehicle movement safely into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvements
  • •Engage team members with coaching, development, performance management, and clear communication of expectations and goals
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, training associates on quality control standards, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years)
