Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service by aligning to entitlements, setting clear expectations, meeting arrival commitments, and addressing customer needs.
  • •Participate in the regional work team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and increase capability across modalities.
  • •Perform administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, field change orders, preventive maintenance, and required documentation.
  • •Use tools, support, and escalation processes to resolve customer/system problems and complete preventive maintenance, installations, and related tasks (electronic, network, and mechanical).

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging field/hospital service or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries; diagnostic x-ray/cardiovascular/cath labs/image guided therapy experience is preferred.
  • •Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using required tools and test equipment.
  • •Associate degree in electronics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for field service, with or without accommodation.
  • •Ability to work flexible hours (including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations) and safely work with radiation sources/radioactive materials while wearing required PPE.
