Key Responsibilities

•Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites.
•Provide exceptional customer service by aligning to entitlements, setting clear expectations, meeting arrival commitments, and addressing customer needs.
•Participate in the regional work team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and increase capability across modalities.
•Perform administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, field change orders, preventive maintenance, and required documentation.
•Use tools, support, and escalation processes to resolve customer/system problems and complete preventive maintenance, installations, and related tasks (electronic, network, and mechanical).

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging field/hospital service or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries; diagnostic x-ray/cardiovascular/cath labs/image guided therapy experience is preferred.
•Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using required tools and test equipment.
•Associate degree in electronics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for field service, with or without accommodation.
•Ability to work flexible hours (including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations) and safely work with radiation sources/radioactive materials while wearing required PPE.
