Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical reviews of proposed changes to the NTT mainframe environment.
  • •Provide technical expertise during high severity incidents.
  • •Review Technical Support incidents for completeness and prevention.
  • •Participate in Mainframe related projects including upgrades and migrations.

Key Requirements
