Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice.
•Resolve order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects.
•Assist with internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles.
•Engage with our community on social media by responding to support inquiries and feedback.
•Act as a Youtooz brand ambassador.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 45,000 - 48,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
•Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support.
•Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace).
•Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho).
•Excellent written English, highly organized and independent with strong problem-solving skills.
