•Own end-to-end management of the core banking transformation program from start to implementation across six geographies.
•Drive modernization efforts to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business agility.

•Define test plans, governance frameworks, and ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets.
•Maintain documentation, manage changes, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the program.
