Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks while cashing negotiable instruments and balancing cash daily. Operate an online teller terminal, ensure compliance with teller procedures, and protect customer information. Resolve client requests and inquiries promptly, represent the bank professionally, and cross-sell products to strengthen relationships. Support training needs, complete required reports, and follow security and accuracy standards.
