Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily site operations and all personnel supporting C-17 ATD maintenance and aircrew instruction.
  • •Serve as primary liaison between the Government Program Office/PO-QAR and the CAE USA Program Manager; coordinate with CORs and the Government CLS Project Officer on FTU activities.
  • •Ensure full contract compliance, including timely submission of device utilization/maintenance/status, FTU student throughput reports, and CDRL data.
  • •Manage annual, monthly, and weekly training schedules and ensure annual student throughput and contracted ATD/academic training requirements are met.
  • •Establish and maintain safety and security standards and oversee the site quality assurance program to ensure AS9100D compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum four (4) years of flight operations and/or flight training management experience.
  • •Minimum eight (8) years total flying experience, including five (5) years military experience, with at least two (2) years as a flight instructor and within training management.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
