Coordinate and monitor new natural gas service installations and field repair work by analyzing requests, creating work orders, and managing permits and locates. You’ll handle customer repair requests, review invoices, and enter data into internal systems while maintaining technical records. Working closely with Operations, Customer Care, planners, contractors, and external partners, you’ll also support damage prevention authorization during absences and help ensure smooth work planning.
