Job Summary

Support the analysis, design, and implementation of an enterprise-wide, business process-led ERP led by Supply Chain. Partner across functions to gather and document requirements for SAP Source to Pay and Ariba modules, assist with process flow documentation and testing (SIT/UAT), and support data preparation/validation. Contribute to organization readiness activities including security design and role-to-position mapping, and help coordinate delivery and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support analysis, design, and implementation of an enterprise-wide, business process-led ERP in alignment with blueprint objectives.
•Liaise with multiple functions to gather requirements, document business outcomes, and support organization readiness sessions.
•Support process requirements for SAP Source to Pay and Ariba modules, including documenting and testing process flows.
•Assist with data preparation tasks such as validation, cleansing, upload file organization, and basic readiness checks.
•Coordinate testing and readiness activities (SIT/UAT, access validation, role-to-position mapping, and SAP/Ariba security design) and support transition to operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
•Strong grasp of business processes including procurement, sourcing, inventory, and warehouse management.
•Good experience implementing SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba enterprise systems.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
•Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documentation tools; English and Spanish is an asset.
