Key Responsibilities

•Own running and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, managing budgets, testing creative, and driving down CAC week over week.
•Ship landing pages, run A/B tests, fix funnel leaks, and build pages specific to verticals, personas, and use cases.
•Manage our paid media agency relationship: set priorities, review performance, and decide what stays outsourced vs. in-house as we scale.
•Scale campaigns from self-serve developers to large enterprise buyers.
•Test 10+ new ad concepts per week across channels, working with designers to iterate on what’s converting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
•Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
•Managed $50K-$250K/month in spend and scaled budgets while maintaining efficiency
•Set up or significantly improved conversion tracking and attribution
•Shipped landing pages and run conversion experiments on a B2B site
