Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the agent development life cycle, taking agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration.
  • •Translate mission goals, policy requirements, and operational workflows into agents that perform reliably in the real world.
  • •Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to public sector leaders by defining success, prioritizing opportunities, and shaping AI strategy grounded in mission impact.
  • •Run working sessions with stakeholders across program, operations, technology, security, legal, and procurement to resolve issues and keep deployments toward launch.
  • •Identify and roadmap new use cases to expand impact, including proactive outreach, multilingual access, and long-horizon agents for multi-step journeys.

Key Requirements

  • •A track record of leading multiple complex, high-visibility initiatives and driving cross-functional teams from ambiguous beginnings to measurable outcomes.
  • •Comfort engaging with technical concepts, including reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and weighing engineering and security tradeoffs.
  • •Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production using tools such as eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering (preferred).
  • •Experience working with federal, state, or local government and familiarity with procurement, security and compliance, accessibility, policy implementation, or systems integration (preferred).
  • •A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience (and/or MBA or comparable experience).
