Job Summary

Drive project and channel sales of air compressor products and services across your territory to meet annual sales targets, grow market share, and maximize profit. Build and manage dealer networks, track opportunities through quotes and purchasing stages, and coordinate with internal solution and technical teams to deliver onsite application support. Analyze customer needs, manage end-to-end customer experience and receivables, provide weekly/monthly reporting, and track market and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle project sales and channel sales within the assigned territory, selling air compressor products and services through primary and secondary distributors to achieve annual targets.
•Develop, cultivate, and manage the dealer network in the territory, supporting dealers to build customer relationships and improve sales and profitability.
•Track and supervise sales project progress; prepare written quotations and manage the customer purchasing stages.
•Partner with internal solution centers and technical teams to provide onsite application and technical consulting; analyze industry/customer needs and present solutions.
•Manage end-to-end customer experience (from product support to delivery acceptance and after-sales service), handle receivables collection, and support ongoing quality improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in mechanical or automation; 2+ years of related industry sales and sales management experience.
•Strong integrity and responsibility with good communication and coordination skills; ability to train and organize.
•Willingness to travel and handle demanding work.
•Proficiency with office automation tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
•Fluent written English communication skills.
