Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily account operations, including professional customer communication, invoicing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), and payment processing.
  • •Oversee inventory monitoring and reporting before and after sales, ensuring systems are updated and coordinating follow-up with internal teams and vendors.
  • •Ensure accurate sale preparation and execution, including lineup management, fee posting, and reconditioning activities.
