Key Responsibilities

  • •Own causal inference and experimentation, designing and analyzing experiments and incrementality measurement when clean A/B tests aren’t possible
  • •Define how the business is measured by shaping metric trees, establishing success criteria for launches, and building impact sizing/forecasting frameworks
  • •Build predictive models to help the team focus on what matters most
  • •Investigate complex questions by rooting out anomalies, analyzing nuanced behavior, and creating new analysis frameworks when patterns don’t fit
  • •Partner as an embedded expert to turn ambiguous strategic questions into rigorous, decision-ready analysis

Key Requirements
