Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond immediately to onsite injuries, illnesses, or medical concerns.
  • •Keep a fully stocked quick-response bag accessible at all times.
  • •Provide first aid, perform triage/assessment, and determine whether referral to Occupational Health or an ER is appropriate.
  • •Accompany employees to external medical providers when further evaluation is required.
  • •Maintain clear incident logs and provide follow-up check-ins to support compliance with work restrictions and recovery.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Illinois EMT (EMT or EMT-B) certification.
  • •Experience in emergency care or occupational response.
  • •Ability to stay calm and think clearly in high-pressure situations.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Excellent documentation skills; comfortable working on a construction site.
